  • Social Security Number (AVS) for juniors
  • Swiss Badminton licence number (if applicable)

  • Message sent

This information is used to manage your club membership.

Why we collect your AVS number

For participants registered under the federal Youth+Sports (J+S) program, we are legally required to transmit the AVS number to the J+S authorities to verify eligibility and to allow the club to receive federal funding. Your AVS number is used solely for J+S administrative purposes, accessible only to authorized committee members, transmitted only to the official J+S system, and stored securely for the legally required period.

2.4 Google reCAPTCHA

We use Google reCAPTCHA to protect our website against spam and abuse. reCAPTCHA collects data such as your IP address and other technical information in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy.

2.5 Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics (only if you accept cookies) to analyse website usage. Google Analytics collects data such as IP address, pages visited, and visit duration, in accordance with the Google Analytics Privacy Policy. You can disable Google Analytics through your cookie settings.

2.6 Administrator area (NextAuth)

For committee members using the administrator area, we collect authentication information via NextAuth. This data is used to secure access to the admin area and is not shared with third parties.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

3.1 Essential cookies

Required for:

  • the proper functioning of the website
  • security (spam protection via reCAPTCHA)
  • administrator authentication
  • cookie preferences

They cannot be disabled.

3.2 Analytical cookies (optional)

Disabled by default. They are only activated after your explicit consent. You can change your preferences at any time via the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer.

4. Purposes of data processing

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

6.1 J+S authorities

For participants registered under the J+S program (juniors U21), we transmit the necessary data (including AVS number) to the J+S authorities as legally required.

6.2 Trusted third parties

We only share your data with third parties when necessary for the purposes described, such as:

  • technical service providers (hosting, security)
  • Google (reCAPTCHA, Analytics)

We require these third parties to protect your data in accordance with the FADP/nFADP.

7. Data retention

We retain data as follows:

  • membership applications: until the end of registration or membership
  • J+S data: according to legal requirements
  • contact form submissions: until the request is processed
  • server logs: 3 to 12 months
  • analytics data: according to Google’s policy (if enabled)

8. Data security

We apply measures such as:

  • HTTPS encryption
  • access restrictions
  • secure session cookies
  • reCAPTCHA
  • secure storage of AVS data

9. Your rights

You may:

  • request access to your data
  • correct inaccurate data
  • request deletion (within legal limits)
